Good evening Marching Band Families,
The next few weeks will be extremely busy between an extended football season, wrapping up the marching band season, the indoor program, and the craft show. We will definitely need some new faces stepping up to assist, especially with the craft show. We have some parents that did not work any shifts during the Friday night games, we need you to sign up for the craft show.
All money made will go into the general fund to help offset costs for both marching band and the indoor seasons.

Donations
- We are in need of monetary donations so that I can order and purchase all the needed food and supplies. Donations may be made via check or online via Charms as a “misc” payment.
Haluski Chefs
- We need 7 roasters of haluski. You will supply the items, follow the recipe to keep the food the same, cook and bring the roaster on the 18th to the high school. You will be able to go around the back and enter through the band room doors. Once people sign up, I will send the recipe.
Work Night – Thursday, November 16
We will need parents with trucks to move items from the concession stand to the high school
Craft Show Day
There are multiple shifts for both adults and students to sign up for – please wear a band shirt during the day
Clean Up Crew
- This shift arrives at 2:30
