Forms and Information

In accordance with district policy, students participating in MASD activities are required to pay a District Fee of $100. All students must register and pay this fee BEFORE the first day of band camp. Click on this link and follow the directions below:  https://www.familyid.com/organizations/mars-area-school-district-activities  

• You will need to create an account if you have never used Family ID before.
• If your student is on the free/reduced lunch program you do not need to pay the fee, BUT you MUST still register with FamilyID
• Whether paying online or by check ALL students must register with Family ID.
• If paying by check, make check payable to Mars Area School District and drop off at the High School office. DO NOT SEND THIS PAYMENT INTO BAND PRACTICE OR MAIL TO THE PO BOX.
