- Paperwork-If you are still missing paperwork, please have that turned in ASAP. Students have been told at each rehearsal what items are still missing.
- Payment #2-Booster Payment #2 is due Wednesday July 12th. This second payment should be for $130.
- Shoe Fitting-Dwight the shoe guy will be at band camp Monday August 7th for shoe fittings. For marching band members, the cost for shoes is $46, and for colorguard, the cost is $44.More information on payments for shoes will be made in the coming weeks.
- Student Leadership Applicants-Those who applied to be a student leader(colorguard excluded), please report to the chorus room this Wednesday at 5:40 prior to rehearsal.
- DCI Payments-If you have not done so yet, please pay for your drum corps tickets if you ordered them.
- Prop Breakdown-Any student/board approved parent wanting to help break down last years props, I will be at the high school at 5:00 Wednesday prior to rehearsal.
- Picture Day-This year, picture day is on the last day of band camp. It will occur in the morning prior to camp. I will be meeting with the photographer this week to discuss things such as how to order photos, prices, etc. This information will then be relayed to you. In the meantime, please prepare for photos to occur the morning of Friday August 11th.
- Bands of America-Bands of America cost will be released in the coming weeks prior to band camp.
