- Rehearsal-Rehearsal this week is Tuesday/Thursday from 6pm-9pm at MHS. Please make sure to be aware of the calendar, as the next couple of weeks are different days due to concerts/other events in the district.
- Winter Camp-As a reminder, there will be a winter camp for Mars Indoor Percussion on December 27th and 28th from 9am-5pm. This is new from previous years, but will be a very important/fun two days for the students.
- Payments/Paperwork-If you have not already, please complete all necessary paperwork for the boosters and school district. The $100 district fee was last week. Our first booster payment is due on Wednesday December 13th. The amount for that will be $150. If writing out a check, checks can be made out to the Mars Band Boosters. Based off of student numbers, the anticipated booster cost(not including the WGI Regional) for the season will be right around $400.
- Commitment Form-If you have not already, please fill out the commitment form for the season. It allows us to have the most up to date contact information, as well as plan for things such as show shirts, jackets and jerseys. The form can be found here.
