Remaining Fall Rehearsals: The remaining fall rehearsal will be on Tuesday, October 13th, Wednesday, October 14th, and Wednesday, October 21st from 6 pm-8 pm. Please note the time change for the remaining three rehearsals.
Football Game 10/16: Report Time @ 5 PM – students will be able to purchase tickets at school. Middle School families will need to contact the high school for information regarding the purchase of tickets.
Recognition for the band seniors will take place at half-time; if time allows the show will be performed; if not, the show will be performed after the game
Seniors:

• Upon check-in, seniors and parents escorting students will receive flowers
History Day:
Begins at 1 PM at the Adams Community Park; pizza will be served beginning at 2 PM; masks are required.

Harvest Valley Farms Fundraiser – On Sunday, October 25th, there will be a fundraiser at Harvest Valley Farms. The fundraiser will be hosted by Mars Indoor Percussion, but all proceeds will go to the general fund. While we are there, we will have a table set up at the entrance collecting donations for the program. Periodically throughout the day, we will ‘parade’ around the farm playing stand tunes, cadences, etc. to entertain the crowds! Once the pumpkin patch closes, The Aris Paul Band will perform a live concert at the farm. The entrance to the concert will be $10 a person. A signup sheet was sent out into the Band App for students. There are 3 sessions: 10am-1pm, 1pm-3pm, and 3pm-5pm. Students may sign up for one session or multiple sessions.
Indoor Drumline Calendar– The schedule for indoor drumline will be sent out as soon as facilities can be provided by the district’s Activities Director. Plans are to rehearse on Tuesday’s/Thursday’s from 6 pm-9 pm beginning November 5th with new members and all members the following week. We will remain Tuesday/Thursday throughout the season and Saturdays beginning in January. One Saturday will occur on December 19th pending approval.
Indoor Drumline Fees-Fees will be increased for the Mars Indoor Percussion 2021 season. This is due in part to the limited fundraisers able to be held due to COVID-19 over the past 8 months as well as the growth of the program. Specific costs will be discussed in the weeks to come.
