Hello everyone! I hope that this email finds you well. On Wednesday May 8th, we will be having a clean up/tear down day for indoor percussion. A couple staff will be in attendance to assist with some end of the season cleaning up/tearing down. I believe this is also the after school rehearsal for the concerts. If any students would be able to stay and assist with our clean up session, it would be greatly appreciated. There is no set time that students need to stay for. I will be there around 4:30-4:45 that day to talk with students after the concert band rehearsal, and other staff will be arriving around 6:00pm. If you have any questions, please let me know.
