Good evening everyone! I hope this email finds you well. Below in this email you will find information regarding the upcoming WGI Regional. Not all information is finalized, however, this should give you a lot of information in regards to preparation for the trip. Please take note of some items:
- Chaperone Final Cost-If you are a chaperone who requested a single room, your 2nd and final payment will be $180(total cost is $280). For chaperones who did not request a single room, your 2nd and final payment will be $50(total cost is $150). Please note that these costs do not include 3 meals on this trip(lunch on Saturday and Sunday as well as dinner on Sunday). The venue is cashless, so we thought it best to have people cover their cost for those meals themselves.
- Event Information-An event information packet is attached to this email. Please look through it when you have a chance. It discusses things such as prohibited items, a clear bag policy, and parking information.
- Prelims/Finals Schedule-A Saturday and Sunday Show Schedule is attached to this email as well. A more detailed itinerary will be coming out next week. This will be beneficial for anyone who may be traveling for the show or who may want to watch online!
- Subway Google Form-Please fill out the Google form if you are a student or a chaperone on this trip. This meal will be for Saturday at dinner. The link can be found HERE!!!
