- Friday Football Game-It was announced yesterday that this weeks playoff game will be held at Ambrige HS. Students need to arrive no later than 5:15pm for a 5:30 departure. Students, unless on the truck, need to be in their uniform bottoms. After several discussions and requests, we have decided to perform part of our 2023 Championship show for the audience once again! So what does that mean? First, that means we need the student performers to be in attendance for this game. As a reminder, playoff games were listed on the initial schedule, and we are expected to be in full attendance for those. We are only able to put on a proper performance if students are in attendance. Just as a reminder, we will continue to go and support the football team until their season ends. At the conclusion of the game on Friday, the truck will need unloaded.
- Mars Indoor Percussion Workshops-MIP workshops will begin this week on Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm-9pm. Any student interested in participating in MIP 2024 should plan to attend these workshops. Students should arrive in the high school band room 15 minutes prior to rehearsal starting in order to help set up equipment. A the conclusion of Thursday’s workshop, the truck will need loaded with equipment for Friday’s football game.
- Marching Band Uniform Return-At the conclusion of the football season, we will discuss a date in order to turn in uniforms from the marching band season.
