- Tuesday-Full Ensemble rehearsal from 6pm-9pm @MHS
- Wednesday-Full Ensemble rehearsal from 6pm-9pm @MHS. At the conclusion of this rehearsal, the truck will need loaded.
- Friday(Senior Night)-Report time for this game will be a little earlier than normal due to Senior night events. Report time will be at 5:15. Non seniors will unload the truck and begin building props. Seniors and their families can report to the middle school band room at 5:15pm where you will receive flowers and enjoy some cake. Seniors and those escorting them need to report down to the MAC at 6pm. Senior announcements will begin at 6:25 that evening. It is my hope that at the conclusion of the game, we will be able to store the percussion gear once again in the middle school since our rehearsal on Saturday is at the MAC. If something changes, I will let you know.
- Saturday(Show Day!)-Currently, rehearsal time is from 9am-12pm at the MAC. However, I am reaching out to the Athletic Director to see if we can begin rehearsal a little later since there seems to be no one scheduled for the MAC that day. As soon as I know of that possibilty, I will communicate that. Departure time on Saturday for Deer Lakes is 3:40pm. Mars performs at 6:45pm! The truck will need unloaded at the conclusion of this evening.
- Playoff Football Games-As we continue through the football season, it is anticipated that the football team will make the playoffs. If the football team makes playoffs, we will be attending games to support them and their efforts. Please make sure to plan accordingly and keep the first couple of Fridays in November free. This was also mentioned in the initial calendar sent out back in May.
- Friends and Family Performance-The annual Friends and Family performance is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday October 25th at the MAC. This date is subject to change due to soccer playoff schedules whenever they are released. Anticipated time for this is around 8:00pm. For this event, tell family, friends, and community members to come out and watch a fantastic performance! Again, this date is tentative and subject to change.
- Indoor Drumline-Although it is crazy to think, but the winter seasons are already upon us. Those interested in participating in indoor drumline this school year, please fill out the interest form below. I have also attached the TENTATIVE schedule for the season for indoor drumline. Please look at it closely, as some regularly scheduled things have possibly changed(such as rehearsals in January/early February on Mondays and Wednesdays due to basketball games).The parent meeting is schedule for Wednesday November 1st at Mars HS.
