Thank you to all the parents that attended the meeting last week – it was wonderful to see so many new faces. Please take a moment to review the following information:
We need help on competition days for October – please consider signing up for a spot. I will close out Saturdays competition sign up this evening to prepare for Saturday sign ups. If you are able to assist please sign up…thank you!

- Chaperones – must submit all clearances and be board aproved
- Equipment Help – does notneed to submitt clearances or be board approved
Craft Show
As I mentioned at the meeting, the band will once again be the food vendor at the high school. This is one of our largest general fund raisers of the year. We will have a planning meeting this month and I am looking for volunteers that would like to serve on a craft show committee – please email me if you are interested. In additon, all families are expected to volunteer for this event in donations and/or helping the day of the event. Make your calendars for Saturday, November 18 – more information to following.
