Good afternoon,
On behalf of the Moon Area High School Band and Band Parent Organization, I am thrilled to extend a warm welcome to you and your talented students who will be participating in the upcoming PIMBA Championships competition. We are looking forward to hosting your band and the exceptional talents that they will bring to this event.
To help begin to prepare for the competition, I am including two attachments for pre-order items that you are welcome to send out to your band families.
1. Pre-Order T-Shirts: We are offering custom-designed event t-shirts for purchase. Attached you will find a T-shirt pre-order form detailing available sizes, colors, and prices. Please distribute this form to your band students and families. All orders and payments are due by Friday, October 6th. As has been done in the past, we will have a very limited number of shirts available for purchase at the event. It is highly recommended that band families pre-order their shirts to ensure they receive their desired size and color. Pre-ordered shirts will be delivered to your band on the day of the competition.
2. Personal Program Ads: This year we will be selling a printed PIMBA Championships program. I have attached a form for any family interested in placing an ad in the program to recognize and support their student(s). Pricing guidelines and contact information are listed on the form. These ads are due by October 1st.
As we get closer to the competition, I will also be sending out a pre-order form for a Candy-gram sale that your families are welcome to participate in. Candy-grams will be available via pre-order as well as on the day of the competition.
Once again, we are honored to have you and your talented bands join us for what promises to be a memorable event. We look forward to sharing this day of music, camaraderie, and competition with you. Best of luck to all of your bands this season!
