Good afternoon everyone. Below is the weekly email. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
- Meet the Planets-Meet the Planets is tonight. Arrival time is 5:15. The event is open to the public beginning at 6:00, and events begin at 7:00. Once events start, we anticipate roughly an hour and a half until it ends. At the conclusion of this, the truck will need loaded to go back to the high school. Student attire is their navy Mars Band shirt that they received this week and khaki bottoms with tennis shoes.

- Monday-Colorguard Rehearsal
- Wednesday-Winds/Percussion Rehearsal
- Thursday-Full Ensemble Rehearsal. The truck will need loaded at the conclusion of this rehearsal
- Saturday-Rehearsal from 1pm-6pm @MHS
- Football Game-Our first football game is this week. Report time is 5:30pm. Students can be dropped off by the main entrance of the MAC and walk around the middle school to the orchestra room.
- Attendance-Please ensure everyone is checking the Google Calendar to make sure they understand the schedule for each upcoming week. As a reminder, all rehearsals and performances are mandatory. Per the handbook, students not in attendance are subject to being removed from future performances, unless an excused absence occurs(illness, death in the family, once in a lifetime event).
- Payments-If you have not already done so, Booster payments #1 and #2 have been due. Also, Bands of America fees($160) are due by this Thursday.
