Hello all! Please review the following fundraisers information:
1. SnapRaise – SnapRaise is an online donation fundraiser we are participating in to raise funds to be applied directly to the total Disney cost for the group. At the June 8th rehearsal, students will create their SnapRaise accounts and upload/add emails addresses of their family members/friends. Please assist by having a list of emails for your student to use. If they have access to Outlook or Gmail, emails can be directly accessed. The goal is for each student to try and submit 20 emails into their account. When the fundraising campaign kicks off on June 13, the email addresses provided will be sent an email asking for donations for Disney. Once the kiddos have established their accounts, they are able to also share the campaign via text and other social media outlets. Also during practice on Wednesday, sections will take a few minutes to create quick video clips that will be added to the campaign webpage. After accounts are established and emails submitted, students do not have to do anything else with SnapRaise. If you have any questions about SnapRaise, please let me know. The more people we reach, the greater the opportunity for donations!! Please remember to make a list of emails of family and friends for your child to bring to practice on Wednesday!
2. Hoagie orders and payments due at Wednesday’s (6/8) practice. Pick up will be at the start of practice on the 15th. Your child will obtain $2.75 per hoagie for their personal accounts.
3. Monday (6/6) night is Supremos Night! Take a break from the kitchen and order from either Supremos for pick up or delivery between 3-9. Be sure to let them know you are with the band when you order!!!!!!! Please share with your friends and family to order.
