Hello Marching Band Families,
I hope that you are enjoying this beautiful fall weather. What an exciting evening the students, staff, and families had on Saturday at Moon. Congratulations to this amazing group of students!
The next two weeks are extremely busy as we get ready for Deer Lakes, Senior Night, and Championships! We could use extra hands to help with equipment for Championship Day.
Please take a moment to review the following information:
Concession Stand
• We have a few more spots that need filled for senior night – please volunteer at https://signup.com/go/znLKPyK
Tuesday
• Full Ensemble Rehearsal 6-9 PM @ the HS
• Parent Meeting @ 7 PM @ the HS Faculty Room
• Popcorn Pickup @ the HS Faculty Room
Wednesday
• Full Ensemble Rehearsal 6-9 PM @ the HS
Friday – Away Game
• Report to the HS @4:45 PM
• Students – please remember to wear your grey show shirt
Saturday – Deer Lakes Competition
• Full Ensemble Rehearsal, Noon @ the HS
• Chaperones – report to the HS at 4:40 PM
• Mars will take the field for competition at 7:30 PM
• Students remember you will wear your compression shirt under your uniforms; I have included a checklist as well
• Thank you to the following families will provide dinner to the students: The Drutarosky’s, Suppo’s, McSwain’s, and Ostopchenko’s. The meal will be Italian hoagies, chips, and dessert – students are to bring their own drink.
Family & Friends Event
Due to a scheduling conflict with the MAC, this event will NOT be next Wednesday. Dave is working to secure another date for this event.
Senior Night
• Seniors, please complete the attached form and return it to Ruth by Wednesday
• Also, for planning purposes seniors and those walking with them, will meet in the LGI Room at the MS by 5:10 next Friday
