Good evening, Marching Band Families,
I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the last weekend of the summer vacation. Please take some time to review the schedule and important information.
Monday – Full Ensemble Rehearsal
6-9 PM @ HS
Wednesday – Full Ensemble Rehearsal
6-9 PM @ HS
Friday – Football Game
Report Time – 5:30 PM
- Bring full uniform to the MAC, including shoes, shako, and Mars Band backpack
- Drop off will be the music room doors located on the side of Three Degree Road
- Percussionists and people with truck responsibilities can go to the truck to unload
- All other students may drop off their backpacks in the band bleachers (which will be on the track)
- Once backpacks are dropped off/equipment unloaded, entire band needs to meet outside the fishbowl for warmup (roughly 6:00) in full uniform: pants/shorts with no zippers, 2021 Show Shirt, and black socks that cover their ankle.
- After the game, the band will march back to the fishbowl where the truck will need to be loaded; parents may pick up students at the MS
Chaperones
- Report Time – 5:30 PM
- Please see me for your lanyard and assignment for the night outside of the fishbowl
Concession Workers
- Please pick up your lanyard from me outside of the fishbowl no later than 6PM
- You will report to the home concession stand to receive your assignment for the night
Volunteers Needed

Please note this is a tentative schedule:
- 4:00 AM – Depart from Mars
- 7:30 AM – Arrive at Fortress Obetz
- 10:00 AM – Perform
- 11:00 PM – Depart for Mars
