Please take time to review this week’s schedule. Please understand that all rehearsals begin at 5:30 PM; students are not permitted to stay after school. They must go home and return for the 5:30 practice time.

Unload truck @ 8:30 AM
Practice 9 AM – Location TBD
Band: Jeans, blue summer band shirt, white socks, and marching band shoes
Guard: Same as preview show; if show uniforms arrive, they are to wear those
Competition Meal Servers – please report at noon (location will be emailed)
Chaperones – please report at 1:30
Water and cookie donation; you may drop off items when you drop off your student; MUST BE HERE BEFORE NOON
*Please see the attached schedule for the Norwin Show. Since the students will have an early meal, they are encouraged to bring money for concessions. The band will depart after the awards ceremony.
