Please take note of the updates for this Saturday:
Rehearsal 9 AM -12:30 PM @ multi purpose turf field. If students are partaking in truck unload, they should report directly to the field at 8:30. Those that aren’t part of the truck load should report to the fishbowl between 8:30 and 8:45 – use the main entrance. Kara will be there at 8:30 and will start walking students to the turf field by 8:50.
Once rehearsal concludes, students will be led back to the middle school for lunch. We will depart from the Middle School.
Band: Jeans, blue summer band shirt, white socks, and marching band shoes
Guard: Same as preview show; if show uniforms arrive, they are to wear those
Competition Meal Servers – please report at noon to the Middle School; use the front entrance
Chaperones – please report at 1:30
Water and cookie donation; you may drop off items when you drop off your student; MUST BE HERE BEFORE NOON
Since the students will have an early meal, they are encouraged to bring money for concessions. The band will depart after the awards ceremony.
Pick up will be at the main entrance to the Middle School.
