Parent Help Needed

Good afternoon Band Families,

In May and via summer emails, we have communicated that in order to have a successful marching band program, we need all parents to help throughout the season.

When reviewing the sign ups there are many band families that have not volunteered to help.

Each band family is required to work at least one shift during the season. As of today, we need 47 shifts filled.

We only have one spot filled; if no one signs up by Monday, the hot pretzels at the away games will be cancelled.

Summer Car Washeshttps://signup.com/go/OzOQdke
We only have one car wash remaining. If we do not have parents sign up to chaperone, the last car wash will be cancelled.
Also, students that sign up to participate are required to work the entire shift, stay to clean up, and rotate jobs throughout their shift(s).

As of this afternoon we need 53 spots filled. This year the students will be going to Disney in April. In order to be considered to be a chaperone, you will need to have chaperoned throughout the season. The reason we require this – students and chaperones know each other before traveling.

Please let set a goal and fill the sign up spots by this Monday.
