11:00 AM – Arrive to Mars High School Auditorium Entrance/Check-In at front table
Students should be dressed appropriately to attend the theater
Dress pants/shirt and dress shoes, avoid t-shirts and tennis shoes
Dresses should be school approved length
We may need to walk or wait outside for a few minutes, wear a jacket
Performance theaters tend to be chilly inside, wear layers
11:15 AM – Organize in auditorium by bus number #1, #2, #3
11:20 AM – Load school busses, 2-3 per seat, every seat
11:30 AM – Depart Mars High School
12:15 PM – Arrive at Benedum Center
Upon arrival, listen closely to directions, and watch for traffic as you exit the bus
We may need to walk a bit depending on traffic and bus drop-off location
Use the restroom prior to entering seats
This is a good time to buy a souvenir, if desired
1:00 PM – “The Phantom of the Opera”
The show runs 2 hours and 25 minutes, including a short intermission
3:30 PM – At the conclusion of the show, find your bus chaperone and wait to be directed to bus pick-up
4:00 PM – Load bus, take attendance, leave downtown
4:30 PM – Arrive at Station Square
5:00 PM – Dinner provided at Bucca di Beppo
Fill every seat provided to us
Dinner is served family style
Milano Meal: Mixed Green Salad/Ceasar Salad, Spaghetti Marinara/Fettuccine Alfredo,
Chicken Limon, Cheesecake, Soft Drinks/Coffee & Tea
6:30 PM – Finish dinner, load school bus, return to Mars High School
7:15 – 7:30 PM – Estimated return time to Mars High School Auditorium
