The upcoming week is very busy!! Please take a moment to review the schedule for the week:
Monday – Practice
Wind Ensemble 3-5 PM at the High School
** There will be a mandatory meeting for members of the prop crew at 5 PM in the hall near the auditorium. The prop crew will be loading props after the meeting.
Percussion and Colorguard 5:30-8:30 PM at the High School
Tuesday – Full Band Practice
5:30-8:30 PM, New Turf Field
Equipment Truck – report time 5:00 PM
Prop Crew – report time 5:00 PM (they will be loading the prop truck at the end of practice)
Wednesday – Butler Band Festival
Students and chaperones report at 5:15 PM to the HS
Friday – Football Game
Report time – 6:00 PM to the MS
Chaperones – please remember to bring 4 dz of cookies to share with the visiting bad
Concession Workers – report time 6 PM
Saturday – Practice and Gateway Competition Day
Tentative start time is noon (11:30 for prop and equipment trucks); more information to follow
Students each received two tickets to the Butler Band Festival at the end of practice today. Students are to see Mr. Rodgers if you need more tickets.
