Weekend time clarifications

Good morning!

I had a few emails about drop off and pick up times for the next two day.

Friday:
Report time – 4:30 PM at the High School

Saturday:

Donation of water and cookies – can be dropped off to the MS between 11:20-Noon
Competition meal servers – please report to the MS at 3:30 PM
Chaperones – please report to the MS at 5:00 PM; you will be given your lanyard and assignment for the evening

11:30 AM – Prop Setup
12:00-3:45 PM – Rehearsal; students need to drop off uniforms to the MS before heading to the field for practice. Please remind students to have all parts to their uniforms: gauntlets, black socks, gloves, etc.

When we return – If your student is NOT on the prop crew or unloading the equipment truck they will be picked up at the Middle School
Front and prop crew will need to return to the High School to unload half the equipment and the prop truck; you will pick those students up at the High School
