Good morning, Band Families!
Thank you to the many parents that attended the meeting last evening – it was exciting to see so many parents in attendance!
Please take a moment to review the schedule for Saturday:
Donation of water and cookies – can be dropped off to the MS between 11:20-Noon
Competition meal servers – please report to the MS at 3:30 PM
Chaperones – please report to the MS at 5:00 PM; you will be given your lanyard and assignment for the evening
11:30 AM – Prop Setup
12:00-3:45 PM – Rehearsal
4:00 PM – Load trucks and walk to the MS for dinner
5:30 PM – Depart for Kiski
8:45 PM – Mars performs in the PIMBA AAA Preview Show
9:30 PM – Awards Ceremony
10:45 PM – estimated time of return
** Front and prop crew will need to return to the high school to unload half the equipment and the prop truck
** A Remind message will be sent when we leave Kiski
Please remind students to have all parts to their uniforms: gauntlets, black socks, gloves, etc.
