This is sure to be an exciting week for the students. Below, you will find directions and the schedule for the entire show. The students should be extremely proud of themselves for what has been an incredible season so far.
Please take some time to review the schedule for Saturday:
12:00 PM – Full Ensemble Practice
2:00 PM – Competition Meal Help – please report to the HS cafeteria
4:00 PM – Chaperones report to the cafeteria
4:30 PM – Depart for Gateway
8:15 PM – Mars takes the field to compete in “PIMBA AAA”
9:30 PM – Awards
11:15 PM – Return to the HS/Unload the truck
We invite all parents to stop by the cafeteria between noon and 2:00 PM. There will be a poster for you to sign and write a message to your son or daughter. If you are bringing bottle water, please drop that off in the cafeteria.
One comment that I heard from many students -on Saturday they could hear people cheering in the stands. Please get out to Gateway and cheer on the Mars Band.
