Hello everyone! I hope that you all had a fantastic weekend! I can’t believe that I am already typing this email, but it is TRWEA Champs week! We are excited to see these students perform their shows one more time this year. Please see our weekly information below.
- Rehearsal-Tuesday/Thursday from 6pm-9pm @MHS
- Saturday
- Rehearsal 10am-1pm @MHS
- For championships, a meal is being provided for Mars Indoor Percussion. The food will be from Mars Farmhouse Cafe. Students will be provided the following for their lunch: BBQ pork sliders, mac n cheese, garden salad, house made chips, and a dessert. If this is something that you do not plan on eating, please plan to bring your own food for lunch. We would like the thank the following student’s families for helping donate this wonderful meal to our students/staff for championships: Aiden Krepin’s Family, Ryder Merriman’s Family, Garrett Mallick’s Family, and Hanna/Audrey Stephenson’s Family.
- Departure from the high school for percussion is at 3:00pm. We will then go an pick up the winterguard at the Centennial School. Planned departure to Norwin is at 3:30pm. Chaperones should report no later than 2:45pm to the high school band room.
- Performance times-Performance times have not been officially set as of this email, but the Mars Winterguard will perform between 6:06pm and 6:30pm. Mars Indoor Percussion will perform between 8:43pm and 9:01pm. Once an official time slot has been published, we will inform you of our official performance times.
- At the conclusion of championships, the truck will need unloaded.
