Marching Band Updates

Good afternoon Marching Band Parents,

Hope you are having a wonderful day. Please take time to read over the following information and ways that you can help this season. We have many spots available that need to be filled for a successful season.

Muscles Needed

  • Willing and able-bodied parents needed to help unload cases of water and soda this Thursday at 6 PM
  • We will meet at the Middle School Parking lot and take items to the concession stands

Concession Stand Cleaning

  • We need two volunteers to help Jo and Lisa clean the stand for this season. Please email me if you are willing to help tomorrow beginning at 12:30 PM

Car Wash

  • This Saturday’s car wash is moved to the 7-11 on Rt. 228 in Mars

End of Camp Swim Party – August 18

  • Each family is required to work at least one concession shift during the season. Currently, we have many open spots.

  • Please use the above link to volunteer
  • You MUST be a board approved independent volunteer
  • Tasks may include any of the following: taking attendance, supervise students on the bus/stands,
  • taking students to restroom, passing out snacks, assisting with uniforms, pushing equipment, etc.
  • Parents will not pay an entrance fee to games/competitions
  • There is also a spot for equipment help only – this task does not require volunteers to be independent volunteers

*Parents that are not board approved will NOT be able to chaperone events

Senior Night

  • The date has been changed to Friday, October 28
