- Schedule
- Tuesday-6pm-9pm @MHS
- Thursday-6pm-9pm @MHS. The truck will be loaded at the conclusion of rehearsal. Please allow extra time after rehearsal for students to load the truck.
- Saturday:
- Rehearsal-9am-11:30am @Centennial School. Students should be dropped off at 8:30 to begin the unload process.
- Competition-We will be departing to Greater Latrobe HS at 1:30pm. MIP performs at 4:24pm. We anticipate an estimated return time to Mars around 10:00pm. We will be unloading our equipment that evening following the competition as well.
- Booster Payments: Final booster payments are due this Tuesday, February 15th. The final payment is $125.
- Final WGI Trip Payments are due on March 1st.
- Chaperones-Ruth had sent out an email earlier today regarding chaperones. If you are a board approved chaperone, and would like to chaperone the event this weekend, please sign up with the link Ruth had sent out earlier.
- Friends and Family Night-Every year, Mars Indoor Percussion and Mars Winterguard hosts a Friends and Family night. This year, we will be hosting our Friends and Family Night on Thursday March 31st @MHS. As the date gets closer, more information will be provided, but please mark your calendars.
- Middle School Performance-Every year, MIP and the Mars Winterguard is invited to perform at the Mars Middle School during activity period to help promote the marching band and indoor activities. This event is slated for Thursday March 17th, and will occur on that morning. More information will be provided for this event in the coming weeks!
