Hello…
I hope the students got some rest after their successful trip to Indianapolis. Please take a moment to review the schedule for this week:
Tuesday:
Rehearsal 6-9 pm, load at 5 pm
Thursday:
Rehearsal at the High School (no load). Students must be ready to begin rehearsal at 6 pm
Saturday:
Load at 7 am
Rehearsal 8 am-11 am
Load/Makeup 11 am-1:30 pm
Depart to Hempfield 1:30 pm (Chaperones arrive at 1 pm)
Perform at 4:40 pm
Arrival back to Mars roughly at 10:30 pm
** Lunch will be provided
