Hello Band Parents,
Just a few reminders about the upcoming few days:
Thursday
Pepperoni Roll Pick Up: 4:30-6:00, HS Cafeteria
Friday
Seniors and Parents – report to the Middle School Chorus Room at 5:15 PM
Students 7-11 and Chaperones – report time 5:30 PM
Saturday
Report time to the practice field – 10:00 AM (Students are to drop gear at the middle school)
Competition Meal:
Drinks and cookies are to be dropped off at the middle school fish bowl beginning at 10:00 AM
Parent Servers – report time 12:00 PM to the Fish Bowl
Chaperones – report time 1:30 PM
** Students are encouraged to bring money to purchase snacks from the concessions at Deer Lakes; Boosters will provide soft pretzels.
