We are excited to announce that the Annual Mars Craft Show will be taking place on Saturday. November 20! The band boosters will once again be in charge of the concessions at the high school. In the past this has been our biggest fundraiser of the year. In order for it to be successful we need everyone to assist.

Donations
• We are in need of monetary donations so that I can order and purchase all the needed food and supplies
Craft Show Team Meeting
• If you would like to be part of the planning team we will meet prior to the indoor meeting on November 3 – please sign up so we have an idea how many will attend
Haluski Chefs
• We need 7 roasters of haluski. If you sign up we will supply you with all the ingredients and the recipe – we would like them all to be the same; you will pick up the ingredients at the Parent Meeting on November 16
Set Up Team
• This will consist of a small group of people to set up the tables and “staging” room for the big event
Craft Show Day
• I have divided the day into two working shifts 8:30-12:30 and 12:00-4:30
• We need 12 adults and 12 students per shift
• Students – hours worked can count for volunteer hours
Clean Up Crew
• This shift arrives at 3:30
