Good morning everyone! I hope you had a fantastic weekend and enjoyed the fantastic Pittsburgh weather(I don’t get to say that often!) It was great seeing so many new faces at the picnic on Friday. The staff and I are very excited for a great season! Please see the information below for our upcoming week. As always, if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!
- Rehearsal-Our summer rehearsals are officially underway. Our first summer rehearsal is this Wednesday from 6pm-9pm.
- Forms-If you still have not turned in your forms for the season, please do so ASAP.
- Payments-Please make sure you are looking at your manilla envelopes for due dates for payments, as some payments are coming up in the next couple of weeks!
- Drum Corps show-If you are interested in attending the drum corps show, please fill out the Google Form here! We will be accepting registrations for group tickets through this Friday June 14th. After that point, a group ticket cannot be guaranteed for you.
- Commitment Form-Now that mini-camp is finally complete, you will now find the 2024 Commitment Form here. This form is similar to the interest form, but it allows us to establish a final number for the ensemble this year. You will also notice on this form, it will ask for show shirt sizes as well. Please make sure that information is filled out correctly for proper inventory of what will need ordered. For the compression shirt question, that is only needed for musicians. Colorguard WILL NOT need a compression shirt. Please have this form filled out no later than Friday June 21st so that we can properly communicate this information to our arranger and drill designer.
