Good evening! Please see the following information regarding this week. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
- Monday-Rehearsal from 6pm-9pm @MHS. Even though it is MLK Day, activities within the district are still occurring, so practice is as normal.
- Wednesday-Rehearsal from 6pm-9pm @MHS
- Saturday-Rehearsal from 10am-3pm @MHS
- Booster Payment– Our second booster payment will be due on January 15th(today). The 2nd booster payment will be $225. If you are unable to make the full second payment, please reach out, and we will figure out a plan moving forward.
- WGI Payment #1-The first WGI Regional fee will be on January 31st. First payment will be $200. Chaperones first fee will be $100.
- Jackets/Jerseys-If you ordered a jersey, they are $50. Payments should be made to Dave Soose. You can write a check to Dave Soose, cash, or if you would prefer, I can send you my Venmo information. In regards to jackets, those will be $45. Payments for the jackets should be made out to the Mars Band Boosters.
- Preview Show-Believe it or not, but the first show of the season is only 3 weeks away. Attached to this email is the schedule for the preview show. Mars Indoor Percussion performs at 4:08!
