Good evening everyone! Below is our weekly information. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
- Rehearsal-Tuesday/Thursday from 6pm-9pm @MHS.
- Saturday-Rehearsal 8am-10am @MHS. After rehearsal, students will load the truck. We will depart from Mars at 1:00pm for our first competitive show at Norwin HS. Chaperones should report no later than 12:30. Mars Indoor Percussion performs at 3:45. Mars Winterguard goes on at 7:45.
- Payments-All booster/wgi fees are due by Saturday February 11th. If you have not made your final payments, please do that no later than this week.
- Absence Communication-Moving forward, if a student is going to be absent from a rehearsal, a communication from the parent must be made to me prior to the start of that rehearsal. Students messaging in the Band App or through word of mouth is not an acceptable form of communication. I just ask this to make sure I can track every student properly when they are supposed to be in the staff’s care. Thank you for your help in this!
