Good morning from Disney World,
I hope this email finds you well. The craft show is next Saturday and we need help – monetary donations, adult volunteers, and haluski makers. We have some tired parents and need everyone to participate.
We have some parents that did not work any shifts during the Friday night games, we need you to sign up for the craft show.

Donations
- We are in need of monetary donations so that I can order and purchase all the needed food and supplies
Haluski Chefs
- We need 7 roasters of haluski. You will supply the items, follow the recipe to keep the food the same, cook and bring the roaster on the 19th to the high school. You will be able to go around the back and enter through the band room doors. Once people sign up, I will send the recipe.
Work Night – Thursday, November 17
We will need parents with trucks to move items from the concession stand to the high school
Craft Show Day
There are multiple shifts for both adults and students to sign up for – please wear a band shirt during the day
