Good morning band families! Below you will find information regarding the upcoming week. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Have a great week!
- Monday-Colorguard only rehearsal from 6pm-9pm @MHS
- Tuesday-Winds/Percussion rehearsal from 6pm-9pm @MHS
- Wednesday-Full Ensemble rehearsal from 6pm-9pm @MHS. At the conclusion of this rehearsal, the truck will need loaded in preparation for Saturday’s rehearsal at the MAC and Sunday’s Meet the Planets Night.
- Saturday-Full Ensemble rehearsal from 9am-3pm @MAC. At the conclusion of rehearsal, students will need to load the truck, but it will remain loaded for Meet the Planets on Sunday.
- Sunday-Meet the Planets Night @ MAC. Gates open at 5pm and events begin at 6pm. Students will need to report at 4:30pm to begin unloading the truck. The event will conclude between 8pm-9pm. The truck will need to be loaded at the conclusion of the event, however, we will unload it the following day prior to Monday’s full rehearsal.
- Booster/District Fees-If you still need to make a payment to either the district or the band boosters, please make sure those payments are submitted ASAP.
- Calendar-Now that we have concluded our summer rehearsals/band camp schedule, please make sure to check the Google Calendar for weekly schedules. We make every attempt to keep the calendar as similar as possible each week, however, that sometimes is not the case.
