Good morning, Marching Band Families!
Congratulations to the students and staff for a fabulous day yesterday in Obetz, Ohio! A special thank you to the following people that made yesterday possible – the staff, Ray and Brian for driving the band truck, the chaperones Lori, Dana, Heather, Jeff, Cortney, Lisa, and Kelly, and most importantly, the students. It was truly a special day – returning members have not had a competition since October 19, 2019, and for many, it was their first competition. It was a pleasure spending the day with these incredible students, parents, and staff!
Now let’s get ready for another busy week…

Monday – Full Band Rehearsal
- 6-9 PM @ the High School
- Pittsburgh Popcorn Orders Due
Tuesday – Full Band Rehearsal
- 6-9 PM @ the High School
Wednesday – Butler Band Festival
- Report time to the High School @ 5 PM
Friday – Homecoming Parade and Game Day
- Report to the parking lot behind the Mars Bank @ 4:30 PM
- Parade begins at 5 PM
- After the parade one bus will be there to take students to the MS; students may also drive or have parents drive them to the MS
- The band will perform their show after the game
Chaperones
- Report Time – 5:30 PM
- Please see me for your lanyard and assignment for the night – I will be near the entrance to the MS
Concession Workers
- Please pick up your lanyard from me at the entrance to the MS no later than 6PM
- You will report to the home concession stand to receive your assignment for the night
