We just received information for the game tomorrow – please take a moment to review.
Friday – Football Game
-Report Time – 6 PM at the Middle School – students are to enter through the main doors; we will no longer use the band entrance along Three Degree Road
-Chaperones and concession workers; please pick up your lanyard at the main front doors to the Middle School
–Students are to wear their show shirts and jeans
Saturday – Competition Day, Kiski
-Truck unload begins at 8:30 AM
-Full Band Rehearsal 9-12:30 PM
-Students will wear summer uniforms: blue Mars Band shirt, khaki shorts, white socks, and tennis shoes
-Competition servers – please report to the HS cafeteria at noon
-Parents that signed up to donated water and dessert may drop them off when you bring your student
-Chaperones – please report to the HS cafeteria at 1:30 to receive lanyard and assignment
-Mars will perform at 4:50 PM

** Students are encouraged to bring money to purchase dinner from the concession stand after they perform. New parents – chaperones will escort the students.
Students are to bring their back pack with their raincoat inside to each game and competition.
