Good afternoon Band Families,
I have received a few emails regarding license scanning at the Admin Center. The district has changed procedures regarding the scanning of licenses; now you get the scanned as you enter the building.
I contacted the district that this will be impossible since events happen in the evening.
Parents that will be “Assistive Volunteers” – helping at competition meals, band camp, and uniforms must have their license scanned prior to the start of the school year – September 9; they will continue to this at the Admin Building
Parents that will be “Independent Volunteers” must submit all clearances, if not on file with the district, application, be board approved, and have their license scanned. Please remember that if would like to be considered to be a chaperone to Disney you must be an Independent Volunteer.
