Please take a moment to review the schedule for this Saturday:
Practice will be at the High School
Prop Crew – report time 11 AM
Equipment Truck – report time 11:30 AM
Practice Begins at Noon
Please remind students to bring ALL parts to their uniforms including black socks.
Parents donating water and cookies – please drop them off at the front outside cafeteria doors at the high school when you drop off your student.
Competition Meal servers – report to the HS cafeteria by 3:30 PM.
Chaperones – report to the HS cafeteria by 5 PM to receive your lanyard and assignment for the evening.
Competition Meal:
Pasta with meat sauce or marina sauce
Salad
Roll
Dessert
(gluten free pizza is the alternative meal)
Gateway:
Mars will take the field for competition at 8:15 PM
** When we return to the HS members of the prop crew need to stay an unload the truck**
