Thank you once again to the many parents that volunteered this weekend. Whether you were a chaperone, concession stand worker, or prop builder, your help is greatly appreciated. The next few weeks will be very busy for the students and parents; we will need some additional help. Please review the , consider ways you can help, and contact me with any questions.

Full Ensemble Practice – 11:30 am
Parents that have volunteered bottles of water and cookies, please drop them off in the high school cafeteria when you drop off your student.
Competition meal volunteers, please arrive at the high school cafeteria by 2:00 pm
** The meal has changed for Saturday. Students will have Chick Fil A sandwiches, salad, chips/pretzels and dessert. Please have the students that require another meal see me to get their food. If you child does not like the meal provide, please have them pack.
Chaperones – arrive at 3:30 pm; please see me for your folder and chaperone badge
Mars is scheduled to compete at 7:15 pm
Arrive back to the HS – approx. 11:00 pm
